I am with the family in Florida this week.  The open house list is updated below.  Stay warm and safe.
Pictured above is 16 Mortimer Drive located in the highly desirable location, south of the village in Old Greenwich.  Situated on .27 of an acre this home is listed at 4,500 s.f. with five bedrooms and four full baths.  Newly constructed in 2014, my favorite aspects of this home is the covered porch with a beautiful fan, the kitchen which has carrara marble countertops and great flow into the family room with 18 foot ceilings, and lastly the master suite with his and hers walk in closets and a spectacular bathroom. The house is listed at $3.175M.
Charts have been updated for January. 2016 is off to a great start.  Sold properties are up 22% from 2015.  We are seeing a lot of inventory added as well with 97 new listings in January up 29% from January of last year.
